1. Welcome and Acceptance

Welcome to CompatibilityTest.ai. CompatibilityTest.ai provides questionnaire-based, artificial-intelligence-assisted compatibility analyses between consenting adult participants.

By creating an account, submitting information, or using CompatibilityTest.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account or use CompatibilityTest.ai.

By continuing, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and that the information you provide is truthful and belongs to you.

3. Your Account and Account Credentials

You are responsible for protecting your:

• Candidate ID
• Compatibility ID
• Password

Do not allow another person to use your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

For security reasons, self-service recovery of Candidate IDs and Compatibility IDs is not available. You should save both IDs in a secure location when they are issued.

4. Information We Collect

When you register or use the service, we may collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Age
• Gender
• Race or demographic information
• Relationship status
• Questionnaire answers and written responses
• Candidate ID and Compatibility ID
• Registration and account activity dates
• Limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, government identification numbers, or other information that the site does not request.

5. How We Use Your Information

We may use information you provide to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Verify your email address
• Authenticate your identity
• Generate compatibility scores and reports
• Compare your questionnaire responses with those of another consenting participant
• Send verification and password-reset emails
• Maintain the security and operation of the website
• Improve the service and compatibility analysis

6. Privacy and Sharing

CompatibilityTest.ai does not sell your personal information.

We do not intentionally make your questionnaire responses publicly available. Information may be processed by service providers when necessary to operate requested features, including website hosting, database hosting, email delivery, security, and artificial intelligence processing.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, protect the security of the service, or protect the rights and safety of users and others.

7. Password and Data Security

Passwords are not stored in plain text. CompatibilityTest.ai stores password hashes created through cryptographic password-hashing technology.

The website also uses HTTPS encryption, secure authentication cookies, email verification, and expiring single-use password-reset tokens.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, database, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Cookies

9. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

CompatibilityTest.ai uses artificial intelligence and programmed scoring methods to compare questionnaire responses and generate compatibility assessments.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, oversimplifications, or unexpected conclusions. Results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the answers supplied by the participants.

Compatibility scores and AI-generated reports are intended to encourage communication, discussion, and self-reflection. They are not guarantees of present or future relationship compatibility, marriage success, personal safety, honesty, or any particular outcome.

You should use your own judgment and should not rely on an AI-generated report as the sole basis for an important personal or relationship decision.

10. No Background Checks or Identity Verification

CompatibilityTest.ai does not conduct criminal background checks, financial screening, identity verification, or independent verification of user-provided information.

We do not guarantee that a user's name, age, relationship status, profile information, questionnaire responses, or photographs are accurate.

11. Personal Safety

Use caution when communicating or meeting with another person. Never send money, passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, or confidential information to another user.

When meeting someone in person, consider meeting in a public place, arranging your own transportation, and informing a trusted person of your plans.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Create a fraudulent or misleading account
• Impersonate another person
• Use another person's account credentials
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, databases, servers, or source code
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or disruptive automated requests

16. Changes to the Service or Agreement

We may modify the service or update these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The effective date displayed at the top of the agreement will be updated when material changes are made.

Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
